DELIVERY/ SHIPPING POLICY

ener-Z Inc. dba enerZ.us ("enerZ.us") will ship its products within the U.S only.

-       Shipping method within CONUS will be either local pick-up, FedEx, or trucking services (Delivery to Hawaii or Alaska will be shipped via FedEx)

-       Orders will be shipped after Thanksgiving through Christmas season. Please contact enerZ.us Customer Service or email us at order@enerZ.us for shipping details.

-       enerZ.us is not responsible for any late shipments, including expedited or guaranteed shipping, that do not deliver on time due to holidays, weekends or any delay from the shipping company.

-       FedEx does not ship to a PO BOX address, so, we may request a physical address for FedEx shipments.

Shipping methods will may vary (FedEx) depending on the value, weight, and size of the items being shipped.
